Objective
As the event opener, the image film was intended to get Faurecia's international management in the right frame of mind for this groundbreaking event. Far-reaching decisions were to be made at the two-day conference in Dresden. In addition, employees were to be won over to the company's change of course.
Story
The film highlights the challenges of the present and models a vision for the future. It emphasizes what has been achieved together so far, thereby instilling pride in the employees. At the same time, it appeals to their sense of solidarity for the future. A sky runner metaphorically represents the challenges and their successful overcoming.
Result
The film opened the management conference and motivated participants for the subsequent event and the upcoming decisions. The response from employees was also very positive. y
